The latest Victoria’s Secret catalogue may be the last time that Brazilian beauties Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima grace its pages, but that doesn’t mean the lingerie giant will lose its South American soul.

With the announcement that Ambrosio and Lima – along with fellow model Miranda Kerr – will be making their final appearance, the lingerie company has found a new “angel” of Brazilian-descent in Jasmine Tookes, who will grace the catalogue’s famed cover in its upcoming edition.

The 23-year old model claims to be of Brazilian, African, Caucasian and West Indian ancestry and made her first appearance on the Victoria’s Secret run way back in 2012 at the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The California native was discovered while she was shopping with her mother, a celebrity stylist.

Tookes celebrated the announcement of her cover along with fellow angel Shanina Shaik, when the two cooked up a pasta dinner together last Friday and shared a bottle of wine.

“Chef Shaik cooking for [Jasmine Tookes] #shejustwatched #celebrationdinner,” Shaik wrote on social media.

Ambrosio and Lima, both 33 and recent moms, will be making their last strut down the lingerie company’s runway. But before they leave they are getting a nice graduation gift from Victoria’s Secret as the two models will be wearing two Dream Angel Fantasy Bras worth $2 million each.

The bras, crafted by Pascal Mouawad, have diamonds, rubies and sapphires sewn together in an elaborate lingerie set that features handcrafted arm bands, shoulder coverings and a glittering, makeshift garter belt all strung together with 18-karat gold.
