Miley Cyrus wears pasties and sings out of a banana-shaped microphone. No, really

Miley Cyrus probably didn’t shock a lot of people inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas during Saturday’s iHeartRadio Music Festival.
Not even with an outfit that included nipple pasties, a mesh dress and furry sleeves.
Oh and she sang out of a banana microphone.
Britney Spears, who called Sin City “my town” (because snow, water and rain), introduced the 20-year-old singer on stage.
The Kardashian sisters (sans Kim) were also there.
Earlier in the day, Miley performed outdoors at the iHeartRadio Village. During “Wrecking Ball,” it looks like the singer pulled a Lauren Conrad.
