After the blogosphere exploded with joy that Netflix had picked up a "Full House" reboot, the show's stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen claimed they were never approached about the "Fuller House" project.

"We just found out about it today. I guess we're going to talk to the creators and see what's happening," Mary-Kate told Women's Wear Daily. "I'm shocked I haven't heard from John [Stamos]."

Ashley added, "I'm going to call [former costar Bob Saget] and get his perspective."

"I call bulls--t," Stamos tweeted, with a link to a story quoting the Olsen twins' comments about the upcoming project.

Debuting in 2016, the new incarnation of "Full House" will center on the recently-widowed D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron Bure), now a veterinarian and expecting her third child. To help care for her two young sons, 12-year-old J.D. and 7-year-old Max, her younger sister/aspiring musician Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and their former neighbor/single Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) move in to her San Francisco home to help.

While fans wait for "Fuller House" to premiere, Lifetime announced that have green lit a TV movie about the ABC family sitcom called "The Unauthorized Full House Story" (working title). "'Full House' TV movie on @lifetimetv??" Stamos reacted to the news via Twitter. "Hmmmm -yeah right, good luck with that."
