Soap opera star Jane Seymour has been cast in a new CMT comedy series about fictional country music legend and infamous womanizer Eddie Ray Banks.
"His Wives & Daughters" focuses on the wives and daughter of Banks who are brought together unexpectedly. Old feuds resurface and tempers flare in the CMT original show.
Seymour plays the "tough-as-nails" Lorna Larson Banks, one of the singer's wives who is now more successful than her famous husband. She penned a salacious memoir about her former husband and the two are at odds.
"His Wives & Daughters" is slated to begin production in January.
