Miley Cyrus’ racy "We Can't Stop" single and music video sure can get people talking. Even her closest Hollywood pals.

Cyrus’ fellow Disney alumni and longtime friend Demi Lovato is revealing what she thinks of the hit summer song.

"I think it's a good song,” Lovato told MTV News. “It's a song a lot of people have fun to and if people are enjoying it, then great."

However, Lovato added referring to Cryus, "She knows how I feel about the whole partying thing.”

"I love her to death and I'm always like, 'Just be careful' and she's like, 'Dude, I'm chilling. It's fine.'"

While the song does not mention drugs or alcohol, other than a reference to “red cups,” the non-stop partying theme is something Lovato is weary of after having battled substance problems in the past.

“I care for her so much that I'm so protective, but she's good,” Lovato added. “She's got a good head on her shoulders."

As far as how the sober Lovato “rebels,” she said all she has to do is simply head to the salon.

"I'm crazy with my hair, it's my only form of rebellion,” Lovato told MTV last year. “I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I don't party."
