California has worst 'quality of life' in US, study says

Apparently the West Coast isn't the best coast!

A new study from U.S. News ranks California as the state with the worst quality of life. According to the publication, the top 10 states with the worst quality of life are:

1) California
2) New Jersey
3) Indiana
4) Illinois
5) Texas
6) West Virginia
7) Pennsylvania
8) Nevada
9) Louisiana
10) Virginia
