Kanye West has been released from the hospital and is back home with Kim Kardashian.

An insider tells Page Six that West, who allegedly suffered a nervous breakdown a week ago and has been on a ward since, is “stable but needs time to come back.”

The source added that Kardashian has been key to his improved health, adding, “Kim has been indestructible.”

As Page Six has reported, West has been “spiraling” in recent months, stressed by his chaotic clothing line, his tour — which he abruptly canceled after the breakdown — and Kardashian’s recent robbery in Paris.

A source close to the rapper said, “He’s just exhausted. He’s been working around the clock on fashion design, both on his own line and the Adidas line. He’s a notorious workaholic, so balancing both that work — which is extremely important to him — and the rigors of the tour every night . . . really wore him out.”

He is also said to continue to struggle with the death of his mother, Donda West, who passed away in 2007. The Nov. 10 anniversary is reported to have pushed West over the edge.
