The California Court of Appeals has ruled that Oksana Grigorieva will lose out on $500,000 because she spoke out about Mel Gibson back in 2013, according to TMZ.

Gibson was reportedly on the hook to pay Grigorieva $750,000 as a result of a 2011 settlement deal he struck with his ex-lover, but he has only paid $250,000 so far. Now, the court say he doesn't owe her the rest because Grigorieva reportedly violated terms of their agreement when she appeared on "The Howard Stern Show" in 2013.

During her appearance, she claimed Gibson abused her.

Originally, Gibson reportedly offered to pay Grigorieva $15 million but she supposedly dismissed the deal, thinking she could get more.
