Courtney Stodden does not want her private video released.

After multiple reports that adult entertainment company Vivid sent a letter to the 20-year-old offering her $1 million to distribute a sex tape it says it has, the reality star is speaking out on Twitter.

"I've been in intense meetings with my attorney & im very unhappy with what has unfolded. I'm not in agreement to release my private video," she wrote following up with an Instagram picture captioned "distressed."

Company president Steven Hirsch told FOX411 that Stodden’s video "came to us from a third party" and he doesn't know "if the third party knows Courtney or not."

He added, "I have not yet spoken to her but I'm doing everything I can to make that happen. I still believe this tape would be a huge seller and I’m not giving up."

Stodden is managed by her mother and has as relationship with much older actor Doug Hutchison, who she married at age 16 in 2011 and divorced two years later. The couple has since reunited.

FOX411 reached out repeatedly to Stodden for comment, but hasn't heard back.
