Fans hoping to get a glimpse of Carrie Underwood and her adorable baby bump in a designer dress on the red carpet at this Sunday’s Grammy Awards will unfortunately be disappointed, as the superstar has officially said she wont be able to attend.

“I wish I could go to the Grammys, but travel’s kind of out for me at this point. It’s tempting, but I can’t fly that far away this late in my pregnancy,” she told E! News. “I’ll be in my pajamas watching it from the comfort of my couch.”

But when you’re Carrie Underwood, who says being at home means you cant be dressed to the nines?

“You know, I should just get all dressed up anyways,” she jokes. “I should get my hair and makeup done, and get a dress and watch it from my couch all dressed up like I’m there!”

As fun as it is to know Underwood will be watching the awards lounging at home like many of us, she will be missed at the event. Still, country fans should tune in, as her fellow "Somethin’ Bad" hitmaker Miranda Lambert will be in attendance. Both Lambert and Eric Church are due to represent country as part of the 2015 Grammys performance lineup.
