Giada De Laurentiis' boozy night with Bobby Flay

Giada De Laurentiis didn’t seem too stressed days before she announced her divorce from husband Todd Thompson. In fact, the Food Network star was seen having a festive dinner with pal Bobby Flay on Saturday night, and tipping back perhaps too much tipple.
De Laurentiis announced on Monday in a maudlin message via her Web site and Facebook that she was splitting from Thompson after 11 years of marriage.
But on Saturday, De Laurentiis was spotted at exclusive eatery Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House Miami with fellow Food Network star Flay, who’s married to actress Stephanie March.
Our tipster tells us the two arrived together after a work event earlier that evening. And that rail-thin De Laurentiis was dressed “casually in trendy overalls and was in good spirits” — perhaps too good as she toasted with vino.
“It looked like a friendly dinner,” the source said. “Giada was super nice, but she definitely had a few drinks. She tripped over her feet on her way out of the restaurant, and Bobby let out a laugh.” She was also seen chatting with friends.
De Laurentiis’ rep didn’t get back to us. But Flay said the meal was purely collegial: “Two colleagues and old friends had a quick dinner.”
