Layton Benton claims her bank closed her account without warning... because she does porn.

Benton and several other porn stars, have gone public with claims that Chase has been closing their bank accounts for no reason. She says the bank told her they were closing her account because "it's a risk" ... But never explained further.

She sat down with FOX411 to discuss whether she believes that it is her profession as a porn star that led to her account closure.

“Honestly I do," Benton told us. "I feel like they have some kind of discrimination. You would think as a bank they would love the fact that people are putting so much money into their accounts, a sign that they’re not going under. So I really do feel like it has to do with me being in the adult industry and somehow they found out.”

Benton said she thinks her account activity caught the bank's attention.

“I believe it might have been shut down because I had a lot of… I was cashing a lot of checks and stuff so maybe they were like trying to figure out, ‘Okay how is she making all this money.’  And I was having cash deposits and stuff like that because sometimes with our shoots they’ll give us cash.”

Benton said she wasn’t the only adult star impacted by recent Chase account closures.

“It was weird because on all of our letters it was the exact same day, it was like the 11th of the month. So mine got closed on April 11th and another girl’s got closed on May 11th.”

Discussing her possible plans to move forward with a lawsuit Benton indicated that, “I really would love to actually have that happen.  I was thinking about possibly creating a class act, because it’s kind of hard to go after a huge corporation by yourself. And for the results that I want to have I really want to bring awareness to the situation.”
