Miley Cyrus goes acoustic with ‘MTV Unplugged’ special

Remember when Miley Cyrus announced that she had an acoustic album coming out? Well, it’s not just any acoustic album — it’s an MTV Unplugged one.

Miley’s Unplugged special airs January 29, and according to MTV reps, “[it's] like nothing we’ve ever seen.”

Is it too much to ask to just see Miley in jeans and a t-shirt wailing alongside a guitar? We don’t think MTV Unplugged really needs dancing midgets and barely-there leotards just yet. Does it?
