Gisele Bundchen is in hot water yet again for photos that raise questions about her parenting skills.
The latest photos, posted on TMZ, came out of Costa Rica on Monday. They show the Brazilian model, 33, driving one-handed an all-terrain vehicle in a bikini while holding 13-month-old daughter Vivian, who is strapped in a baby carrier without a helmet.
A day later, a representative for Bundchen came forward to explain.
“Gisele was on a private beach driving very, very slowly,” the rep told ABC News on Tuesday.
This is not the first time the supermodel, who is married to star quarterback Tom Brady, has been surrounded by parenting controversy.
Back in March, she and Brady were photographed with then 3-month-old Vivian also driving an ATV in Costa Rica. Several months later, when Vivian was 7 months old, the supermodel was criticized after posting photos of her daughter with pierced ears.
Most recently, just before Christmas, Bundchen shared an image on Instagram of her nursing Vivian while simultaneously getting her hair styled, her nails manicured and her face made up.
“What would I do without this beauty squad after the 15 hours flying and only 3 hours of sleep #multitasking#gettingready.”
When she's not working or causing controversy on her parenting, Bundchen is at home supporting her husband.
“He’s very focused,” Bundchen said of her husband in a recent interview. "We are both very supportive of one another in what we do. ... Of course nobody likes to lose. Those aren't the best days. He knows he does his best. He works extremely hard."
The three-time Super Bowl champ and his New England Patriots will travel to Denver to play the Broncos on Sunday for the AFC championship.
The Brazilian model says the two have different techniques to wind down and stay calm.
"At night, if my husband is watching TV and watching football, I have my little book and I put something in my ears so I don't hear it and I put my light (on) and have my book and I'm like, 'Ohhh.' He's feeding his soul and that's important to him to watch football. I only want to watch if I'm watching him," she joked.
But win or lose, family comes first.
"He's very loving and it's a wonderful thing. In our house we are very affectionate," she said. "I think it's very important for the boys to know that it's OK to hug and to kiss and you're not less than a man."
