It’s no secret that Jennifer Aniston’s fiancé Justin Theroux is a bit of a bad boy, but is he a law breaker?
On Tuesday, photos surfaced showing Theroux sticking a Velcro license plate onto the back of his motorcycle.

A removable license plate is often times used by motorcycle owners so they can avoid getting ticketed if they park illegally. A vehicle parked illegally in New York City, where Theroux was spotted, can be issued a $110 ticket.
According to X17, a car near Theroux's bike had been ticketed for parking in the area.
The 41-year-old actor has been engaged to Aniston for about a year. The two met on the set of their film “Wanderlust.”
Theroux’s rep did not immediately respond to FOX411’s request for comment.
