The former "Baywatch" babe slipped back into the world's most famous red one-piece bathing suit for In Touch magazine (click here to see the pics) — and 15 years later, she looks sexier than ever.

"I feel better than I did at 25!" Carmen tells the mag, crediting her svelte physique to her love of dance and a diet that's heavy on "protein and vegetables." In fact, she says she'd love to pose for Playboy again.

But Carmen isn't the only 40-something star who looks even better now than she did in her 30s. Gwyneth Paltrow turned 40 in September, and women still copy her workout/diet/juice cleanse regimen in hopes of looking like her.

There's still something about Cameron Diaz, who turned 40 last August, and 46-year-old Salma Hayek was arguably the hottest woman at this year's Golden Globes (take that, J-Law). Jennifer Lopez seems to prefer being half naked — and wouldn't you, if you looked as great as she does at 43?

These days, 40 is far from a death sentence in Hollywood, at least if you look like Sofia Vergara. She turned 40 last July, and her career is just getting started.
