They were only a married couple for 72 days, but more than a year after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, her estranged husband Kris Humphries sees no "urgency" to finalize the split — even though Kim is pregnant with Kanye West's baby.

"What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy..." Humphries' attorney Marshall Waller stated in a motion to halt Kardashian's request to set an immediate trial date to finalize the long-simmering divorce, according to E! News.

Kardashian has maintained that Humphries wants an annulment rather than a divorce, meaning she'd have to admit the marriage was a "fraud," which she denies.

Kim and Kris aren't the only famous couple who took forever in divorce court. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver separated in May 2011 after it emerged that he had fathered a child with a household employee. She filed for divorce in July 2011 … but the split still isn't final, and he says he still wants her back.
