Ryan Seacrest won’t just be standing in Dick Clark’s place this New Year’s Eve; he will be celebrating the TV icon’s life and legacy during the countdown to the New Year. Seacrest told TMZ about his plans to honor Clark, who died in April.
"I'm excited about New Year's though to celebrate him,” he said. “It'll be a fun night."
