'Johnny Bananas' Lawsuit Could Cause Problems for HBO's 'Entourage'

Two 'Johnny Bananas' could mean more than just a case of mistaken identity. This time it means a lawsuit.

Reality star, Johnny Devenanzio, also known as "Johnny Bananas," served HBO with a lawsuit, claiming that their show, 'Entourage' has stolen his "Bananas" character, calling it an "attempt to capitalize on the name recognition which I'm solely responsible for creating."

'Entourage' star Kevin Dillion called the lawsuit "kind-of a bummer" and claims that he had never heard of Devenanzio before the lawsuit. And he doesn't believe that 'Entourage' creator Doug Ellin had either.

"Me and Doug were really thinking about maybe making a real show out of Johnny Bananas. . .But if it's going to be a lawsuit, that could be a problem."
