A man was in custody Tuesday after allegedly trespassing at Halle Berry's property in the Hollywood Hills, two days after he was first spotted spying on the movie star, Radar Online reported.

The suspect, identified as 27-year-old Richard Anthony Franco, was detained by Berry's private security guards when he jumped over the back wall of her home around 11:00pm local time Monday.

The private officers called the police, who subsequently arrested the man on suspicion of felony stalking.

Authorities believe Franco is the same man who was seen trespassing on the star's property on Saturday and Sunday. On both nights, he fled the scene before Los Angeles Police Department officers were able to respond to Berry's 911 calls.

Franco is being held in jail on $150,000 bail.
