Country legend Shania Twain announced Wednesday that she’ll make her stage comeback Vegas-style, setting up a two-year residency at Caesar’s Palace starting in December 2012. Shania is calling her debut Vegas show “Shania: Still the One.”

Wait, didn't Orleans sing that?

Anyhoo, moving right along.

Twain will also be reaching out to her fans at this year’s CMA festival signing autographs of her autobiography, “From This Moment On.”

Which is not an Orleans song.

Speaking of fans, Carrie Underwood welcomed her fan club to the Grand Ole Opry this week with a 45-minute performance, Q&A session and a round of “Fan Club Feud.”  Meanwhile, Rascal Flatts also held their fan club gathering on the Opry stage kicking off a full week of festivities for the group.

Jo Dee Messina stopped by Fox 411 Country in New York and outlined her plans with American Idol Season 9 runner-up Crystal Bowersox.

And Lady Antebellum were in the news all week leading up to their big CMA festival performance. First they announced their third studio album, “Own The Night,” will be released September 13th. Then they won a bet buckle trophy for group video of the year for “Hello World” at the CMT Awards.

FOX411 Country will be at the CMA Music Festival all weekend, so keep clicking back for more country music news.

Peace y'all!
