Disney starlet Demi Lovato wants her life back.
Claiming rehab to be “probably the darkest time in my life,” Lovato thanked her fans for their support throughout her gloomy situation.
In early November of last year, Lovato dropped out of an International tour, with the Jonas Brothers to deal with “emotional and physical issues” in rehab. Weeks later, details about Lovato physically attacking a back up dancer came to light as well.
The latest news about the troubled pop star came Monday evening as a video of her was released on Cambio.com.
In the video, Lovato confirms that she is back home and said that she self mutilated in the past.
Nonetheless , according to Lovato her fans brought light in her life during her darkest hours and without them "I probably wouldn't be here today."
In the video, Lovato said she was ready to resume working.
However, a statement released by Disney on Monday said Lovato's management would let them know when she is ready to return.
While "Sonny" was on hiatus, Disney put the rest of the cast and crew to work on "So Random," the sketch comedy show within the "Sonny" series.
Those episodes will begin airing in the spring, Disney said.
Based on reporting by the Associated Press.
