Kellie Pickler loves to talk to her fans at Q&A’s and autograph signings, so at her CMA Music Festival event this year in Nashville, she decided to do both of the above and throw in an acoustic performance to boot.

Fox411 Country caught up with her at Opry Originals: The Shop on Broadway where fans were lined up outside the door for a chance to meet the former "American Idol" finalist, waiting to get their stuff signed, bringing everything from photos of the country star to red high heels.

After the enthusiastic autograph session, Pickler treated played three songs and took requests from her audience. Kellie said the stripped down acoustic shows are her favorite, and although she takes questions from her fans, she says “there’s things you answer and there’s things you don’t answer.”

Luckily, she was up for answering just about all of our questions after the show. Pickler talked to FOX411 Country about her upcoming album, her excitement over hitting the road this summer with Rascal Flatts, and she even gave some advice for American Idol hopefuls.
