Hank Williams Jr. makes his living as a country artist, but he may have missed his true calling as a Food Network personality.

During an exclusive interview about the recording of his 2016 album we asked Bocephus to give us his idea of a perfect meal — and he made it clear he's just as passionate about his food as he is his music.

"A perfect meal? I'd cook all of it," Williams explains. "I was born in Louisiana, you know. Swamp people are good friends of mine. We know how to do most anything. Red beans and rice, or the ducks, or the deer, or the turkey, or the wild hog…"

If you think that's impressive, just wait until you hear Williams praise his own étouffée, BBQ, and award-winning chili (if only he had time to enter a chili contest).

Let Bocephus tell you about his delicious dinner plans in FNM's exclusive interview above, then call up the Cooking Channel and demand they offer him a series.
