Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, was transferred this past weekend from a maximum security prison near Mexico City to Cefereso No. 9, a federal penitentiary outside Juárez, the city across the Rio Grande from El Paso, Texas, where they appear to be taking no chances with the Sinaloa Cartel chief.
