A gunman opened fire in an elementary school in Rio de Janeiro killing 12 kids and then himself.
Wellington Oliveira walked into his former school and shot 12 students to death, he recorded a video in which he rambles in an emotionless tone about his plans for the attack and says it was part of a fight "against cruel, cowardly people." The video, obtained by Globo TV, first aired Tuesday night and posted on the television station's website Wednesday.read more
