A Curacao radio station is reporting that two people have been killed and a few others wounded in a drive-by shooting at the Dutch Caribbean island's international airport.
Dolfijn FM says the Tuesday night shooting occurred just outside the arrivals area at Curacao International Airport.
The radio station says one of the dead is a young man from the Buena Vista neighborhood of Curacao. It hasn't given any information on the other death and has no precise information on the number of wounded.
A police spokesman in Curacao did not respond to calls for comment. Calls to the airport in the capital of Willemstad late Tuesday went to an answering machine.
The Dutch Caribbean island of some 150,000 people is about 40 miles off Venezuela.
