SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – A Puerto Rican man has been charged with lewd acts that police say involved his 7-year-old daughter and 9-year-old niece.
Authorities said Saturday that 47-year-old Carlos Cartagena Rosa is accused of committing the acts from 2007 to 2011 while threatening the two girls.
Cartagena was released on $55,000 bond. It is unclear if he has an attorney.
