Mexico City prosecutors say police found the burned body of one of the main suspects in the abduction of 12 young people a month ago.
They say Dax Rodriguez Ledezma's body was found along with his girlfriend and another man in the town of Huitzilac in Morelos state.
Prosecutors said in a statement Tuesday that investigators identified Rodriguez Ledezma through a DNA test. Officials didn't say when the bodies were found.
Rodriguez Ledezma was a co-owner of Heaven, the after-hours bar where the group was abducted from on May 26. Another partner, Ernesto Espinosa, Lobo was arrested Friday.
Witnesses told police Rodriguez Ledezma was at the bar the day of the kidnapping. His brother, Mario Rodriguez Ledezma, was arrested and charged with kidnapping in the case.
