Amnesty International says that in the days before and after Oct. 11 elections, security forces killed three unarmed citizens, shooting two in the back and beating another to death,.
The rights group said Thursday that 10 other people were also killed in clashes. Amnesty International said security forces must show restraint, and those that don't must be brought to justice.
In the election, preliminary results show that President Alpha Conde won a second five-year term.
