Officials say about 370 workers have fainted at seven different Cambodian factories in the past two days, apparently because of a pesticide sprayed by a farmer on nearby fields.
All of the factories are in the 7NG Special Economic Zone, 25 kilometers (15 miles) north of the capital, Phnom Penh.
The government's National Social Security Fund said 119 workers initially fell ill on Thursday at the South Korean-owned PPNP Soya Toy Co., where they reported vomiting, dizziness and weakness before fainting.
On Friday, about 250 workers at six other factories that produce toys and clothing in the same complex suffered the same symptoms.
The workers, mostly women, were treated at nearby hospitals.
