A victim of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center has been identified through DNA.

The New York City medical examiner says Thursday the victim was identified as 26-year-old Matthew David Yarnell of Jersey City, New Jersey. Yarnell was vice president of technology at Fiduciary Trust International.

Since the 2001 attacks, 1,640 victims have been identified, out of 2,753 people reported missing.
