A now 8-year-old boy kidnapped as an infant has moved into a new Houston-area home with his four siblings and their legal guardians.
Miguel Morin moved in with Junita and Joseph Auguillard on Friday after a judge granted them custody. They are also the legal guardians of Miguel's four biological siblings. They also have eight of their own children at home.
Miguel has been visiting on weekends since November, and spent two weeks with them in December. The Auguillards say he fits right in.
Miguel has been in foster care since authorities found him in March. Miguel's former baby sitter, Krystle Tanner, and her mother, Gloria Walker, have been charged with kidnapping and injury to a child in his 2004 disappearance. They have pleaded not guilty and remain in jail.
