An Ohio man charged with killing a college student who disappeared while riding her bicycle is set to appear in court.
James Worley is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday in Fulton County court.
A grand jury has indicted the 57-year-old Worley on kidnapping, tampering with evidence and corpse abuse charges as well as abduction and aggravated murder. He has been held without bond since authorities charged him last month with killing 20-year-old University of Toledo student Sierah Joughin (JAW'-gihn).
Joughin's body was found in a cornfield on July 22, three days after she was seen bicycling near her home about 20 miles west of Toledo.
Worley's attorney has declined to comment.
Worley was convicted in the 1990 abduction of a woman who was biking near Toledo.
