TAMPA, Fla. – Authorities say a Tampa man died after being hit by a train.
Police say 71-year-old Luis Alberto Romo was crossing the tracks Tuesday morning when he was hit by a CSX train. Romo was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The death remains under investigation.
