NYU to offer 2 classes on Occupy movement
NEW YORK – New York University plans to offer two classes next semester on the Occupy Wall Street movement.
The Wall Street Journal (http://on.wsj.com/uIHrv4 ) says an undergraduate class will be offered through the university's Department of Social and Cultural Analysis.
It will be called: "Why Occupy Wall Street? The History and Politics of Debt and Finance."
Another professor will be teaching a graduate-level seminar on the demonstration.
Occupy Wall Street protesters frequently marched and rallied around the school's Greenwich Village campus this fall.
