Sheriff's officials said Tuesday that Jonathan Winfield Rose was arrested after an investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation and the Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Rose was at the Ridgecrest Boys Camp in Black Mountain when he was arrested on warrants from Cumberland County.
