Maryland police searching for missing PG County toddler issue amber alert

BALTIMORE – The Maryland State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 1-year-old Latino toddler from Prince George's County.

Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating Cesar Steven Martinez, whom authorities say was abducted by Julio Cesar Arriaza.

The child is identified as an 18-pound boy with brown hair and brown eyes. The suspect is described as 5-foot-4 and 150 pounds, also with brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be driving a green Chevy Equinox with Maryland tag 7AG6950.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Prince George's County Police at 301-352-1200.
