Prosecutors say a Southern California man took cellphone videos of men urinating and defecating in Santa Ana City Hall bathrooms.
Miguel Ruiz Fabian has been charged with 23 misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct by unlawful viewing. He could be sentenced to six months in jail if convicted.
Orange County prosecutors say the 24-year-old defendant, who was an intern for Santa Ana's Public Works Department, used the camera on his cellphone to take 64 videos of men using restrooms at Santa Ana City Hall and the Santa Ana City Hall Annex.
Orange County district attorney's spokeswoman Farrah Emami says in a news release that Fabian entered bathroom stalls and put his phone on the floor to record men in adjacent stalls.
