A 25-year-old man is set to be sentenced on charges stemming from a crash that killed four people last year at a Las Vegas bus stop.
Gary Lee Hosey Jr. is in court Friday after pleading guilty to five felony counts of driving under the influence with substantial bodily harm. He originally faced nine such counts, but took a plea deal in August that dropped four of them.
The deal calls for his sentence to range from 24 to 80 years in prison.
A witness told police she thought Hosey's car was traveling more than 100 mph last Sept. 13 when it veered into the crowded regional transit bus stop.
Four people waiting at the stop were killed, and three were injured. Hosey and his four passengers were also hurt.
