The lockdown at East Los Angeles College has been lifted and police say they arrested a 19-year-old in connection with an earlier threat.
Earlier in the morning, police said they received a phone call from a person who said he had a gun and was headed to a campus in Monterey Park. The caller did not specifically name East Los Angeles College.
