Lawyers for former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez have asked that prosecutors disclose any promises or inducements offered to his fiancee to get her to testify.
In a filing released Thursday, Hernandez's lawyers say he has a right to know if Shayanna Jenkins has made any deals.
Prosecutors last week petitioned a judge to grant Jenkins immunity to testify.
Jenkins has pleaded not guilty to perjury for allegedly lying to a grand jury. Prosecutors say she lied when she said she couldn't remember where she disposed of a box from their basement that Hernandez allegedly told her to get rid of.
Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the June 2013 slaying of semiprofessional football player Odin Lloyd, who was dating Jenkins' sister.
