Los Angeles authorities are searching a local high school after a student overheard a peer saying ‘it’s loaded’ in the school’s bathroom, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told Fox News.
The Los Altos High School student reported the conversation to school officials who informed authorities, the department said.
The student who made the comment has not been found, nor has a weapon been discovered, authorities said. The students are safe in their classrooms.
