A Texas man recorded what he called an "insane" sight: A minivan driving down the street at night with children clinging to the roof, watching the Christmas lights.
"It just blew my mind," cameraman Jeremy Barron told KTRK. He said it happened on the night of Dec. 15 in League City, southeast of Houston.
There appeared to be nothing restraining the kids. Barron said he could not identify the two adults inside the minivan.
Police say the driver likely broke several laws, including reckless driving and child endangerment. But they said they could not pursue the case without being able to identify the car, KTRK reports.
"Just wow," Barron wrote in the caption of the video he posted to YouTube.
