Just call him the peed off professor.
Tihomir Petrov, a California State University, Northridge, math professor, is wanted by authorities after he failed to appear for a hearing over charges he urinated on a colleague's door.
The Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday that a bench warrant has been issued for Petrov's arrest after he was a no-show at a pretrial conference hearing last week in Superior Court in San Fernando. The warrant was issued for the sum of $35,000.
Authorities say Petrov was captured on videotape in early December after school officials concealed a camera nearby after discovering puddles of what they believed to be urine at a professor's door.
Authorities reportedly said the incidents stemmed from a dispute that Petrov allegedly had with another professor in the school's math department.
Petrov faces charges of two misdemeanor counts of urinating in public.
