An anonymous donor is offering $5,000 to whomever can lead authorities to the person or persons responsible for gunning down a Subway sandwich shop owner in Virginia nearly three years ago.
Samih Mustafa Sowan, who owned a Subway franchise in Stafford County, Va., was found fatally shot on March 1, 2011, WTVR.com reports. No arrests have ever been made in the case.
