Two anti-abortion activists arrested in connection with making undercover Planned Parenthood videos are rejecting plea deals offering them probation.

Sandra Merritt's attorneys said Friday she won't settle the case through pretrial diversion, a form of probation that would keep her out of prison and ultimately have the charges dismissed. Attorneys for fellow activist David Daleiden had previously rejected the offer.

Daleiden and Merritt each face a felony charge of tampering with a governmental record for allegedly using a fake driver's license to conceal their identities while dealing with Planned Parenthood. Daleiden also faces a misdemeanor count related to purchasing human organs.

Both were in court Friday to have hearings in their cases reset to next month.

Daleiden's attorneys have filed a motion seeking that the indictments against him be dismissed.
