Three people were killed and several were injured Sunday after a van in Florida crashed into the woods, fire rescue officials say.

Investigators tell WFTV that the van, carrying 15 passengers, swerved off the road near Ormond Beach on I-95 after it blew a tire.

Three were pronounced dead on the scene, while two were sent to Halifax Hospital in critical condition. Several others were sent to local-area hospitals for treatment, WTFV reports.
