1 Killed, Another Shot in Hours-Long Standoff

The victims are a woman and her father, and the suspect is the woman's estranged husband, neighbors told the station.
It was not clear which person was shot.

Earlier in the day several school in the area were on lockdown while police searched for the suspect.
