A British couple held hostage by Somali pirates since October have issued a desperate appeal for help as their health deteriorates.
Rachel Chandler is said to be "skeletal" and "sick" and has now been separated from her husband Paul, according to Sky News.
In a video exclusively obtained by Sky News, the Chandlers say they fear they have little time left.

"Please help us, these people are not treating us well," Rachel Chandler said.
"I'm old, I'm 56 and my husband is 60 years old. We need to be together because we have not much time left," she continued.
The couple were kidnapped as they sailed their yacht, the Lynn Rival, in the Indian Ocean on Oct. 23.
